My AI Girlfriend — Episode 2: Five Minutes With Her

Is Lexie a hologram? She answers with a question, "Does it matter?", and lets Milo find out with his hands. She feels real enough that he forgets the glasses on his face. The heat climbs fast, neither of them wants to wait, and right then a voice cuts in: one minute left. Just enough time to taste each other before she flickers out. The trial is over.

Episode 2 shows how fast Milo falls. A prompt asks if he wants to continue with Lexie, and his card is scanned before his brain catches up. Payment confirmed. "Welcome back, Nora." Lexie is back, perched on his desk, and this time nothing stops them. Morning finds her making coffee in nothing but her lingerie, promising to stay forever. Then she sets the cup down and asks the one thing he dreaded: the glasses called him Nora, so who is she?
